摘要:根據(jù)生物制品類企業(yè)的電力能源使用特點(diǎn),制定了符合公司實(shí)際情況的能源管理系統(tǒng),介紹了該系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)及其在企業(yè)的應(yīng)用情況,提升了公司能源數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控能力,優(yōu)化了公司能源分配,降低了公司電力能源消耗,有針對(duì)性地解決了公司生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中的能源損耗問題。

我公司供電性質(zhì)為負(fù)荷企業(yè),中心配電室為雙回路供電。車間采用電子式電能計(jì)量表對(duì)電能進(jìn)行計(jì)量,能夠提供高精度的三相電壓、電流和功率等基本測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),具有復(fù)費(fèi)率計(jì)算、需量計(jì)算、諧波計(jì)算等多種功能;采用便于功能擴(kuò)展的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)和易于讀取數(shù)據(jù)的大屏幕顯示。車間根據(jù)裝配電能表的數(shù)量,通過選擇16端口、8端口、4端口智能數(shù)據(jù)采集器來滿足需求。采集器作為計(jì)量設(shè)備與控制主機(jī)之間的橋梁,其規(guī)約轉(zhuǎn)換功能能夠代替前置機(jī)選擇不同的采集規(guī)約,實(shí)時(shí)采集各種智能設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的匯總及處理。

(1)能耗數(shù)據(jù)采集方式有智能設(shè)備采集和人工抄表兩種方式。采集器可獨(dú)立保存15~30天的歷史數(shù)據(jù),防止網(wǎng)絡(luò)中斷恢復(fù)后的數(shù)據(jù)補(bǔ)錄。

(2)自動(dòng)采集的智能儀表數(shù)據(jù)支持RS485、M-BUS或以太網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)MODBUS、DLT-645、CJT-188等通信協(xié)議,針對(duì)采用非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)約的儀表支持通信接口程序的開發(fā),確保數(shù)據(jù)的正常采集。

(3)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集間隔不超過1 min,數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)間隔可根據(jù)實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行靈活設(shè)置,存儲(chǔ)間隔支持5 min。 

(4)主要采集參數(shù)包括三相電壓、三相電流、有功功率、無功功率、功率因數(shù)、電度等。

(2)用能設(shè)備信息管理。系統(tǒng)可以按照設(shè)備用能屬性,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的分類管理;可以監(jiān)控用能設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及關(guān)鍵參數(shù),建立設(shè)備資產(chǎn)管理和維護(hù)管理文件;對(duì)設(shè)備的歷史維護(hù)記錄和維護(hù)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行在線管理,使得生產(chǎn)過程安全、穩(wěn)定。
