摘要：介紹阿達瑪工業(yè)園區(qū)項目，采用智能電力儀表、采集配電現(xiàn)場的各種電參量和開關(guān)信號。系統(tǒng)采用現(xiàn)場就地組網(wǎng)的方式，組網(wǎng)后通過現(xiàn)場總線通訊并遠傳至后臺，通過Acrel-2000型電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)配電室配電回路用電的實時監(jiān)控和管理。

The system adopts the method of on-site networking. After networking, it communicates via fieldbus and transmits it to the background. 0 需求分析Demand analysis

為保證生產(chǎn)管理用電負荷的統(tǒng)計與分析及對危險源實時監(jiān)控。需要對項目現(xiàn)場的配電室中進線及出線回路進行電壓、電流、功率等參數(shù)進行實時在線監(jiān)控。一旦監(jiān)控點被監(jiān)視參數(shù)異常，能夠及時檢測報警，有關(guān)人員采取必要的措施，避免安全事故的發(fā)生。自動抄表功能節(jié)省了人力物力，功率趨勢曲線功能能夠直觀的顯示各回路的工作狀態(tài)與時間，方便用戶找出非正常用電回路并且及時進行整改，建立電能多級計量體系提供用能分析依據(jù)。

2  系統(tǒng)方案System solutions

安科瑞Acrel-2000系統(tǒng)根據(jù)阿達瑪現(xiàn)場實際情況，整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)采用屏蔽雙絞線直接接至數(shù)據(jù)采集器然后通過網(wǎng)線直接接至配電室的監(jiān)控主機，保障了電力監(jiān)控監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)傳輸?shù)姆€(wěn)定性與實時性。

現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層是數(shù)據(jù)采集終端，主要由智能儀表組成，智能儀表通過屏蔽雙絞線RS485接口，采用MODBUS通訊協(xié)議總線型連接接入通訊服務(wù)器，經(jīng)通訊服務(wù)器到達該配電間監(jiān)控主機進行組網(wǎng)，實現(xiàn)遠程控制。

3  系統(tǒng)功能System functions
